From 2014 to 2021, Sardor worked as a violin teacher at the high school named after V. Uspensky, where he has produced the winners of various national and international competitions, and most of his students were awarded full academic scholarships at universities in the United States, Germany, and Singapore. One of his most important teaching philosophies is ensuring his students have a firm understanding of how to practice efficiently and to feel confident in knowing how to approach problems and improve violin skills. Having excellent physical technique is also one of his major focuses with his students, as this sets the stage for highly expressive, musical, and gratifying playing.
Sardor holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music degree from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. In August 2021, Sardor started his doctoral degree at the University of North Texas, USA, in the studio of Professor Julia Bushkova. As the first violinist in the Bancroft Quartet, he won honor prizes in "France Music Competition", "King's Peak International Music Competition", "Charleston International Music Competition" and "London Music Competition" in 2022. Sardor has been working in several orchestras in the DFW area.
Sardor currently serves as a violin faculty member at Prime Music Institute.
